中國（青島）烏干達文化藝術節
2025年，時值中華人民共和國與烏干達共和國建交63周年，亦是青島與烏干達首都坎帕拉結為友好城市39周年。為深入貫徹落實習近平總書記關于深化中非友好合作的重要指示精神，服務“一帶一路”倡議十周年新階段部署，青島中非商會于2025年10月15日至19日，在青島市美術館隆重舉辦“絲路共繪·中烏同輝”——中國·青島烏干達文化藝術節。
本次藝術節以“多元、互動、共鳴”為理念，匯集中國藝術家在烏干達創作的攝影、油畫作品，捕捉赤道之國的自然詩意與人文溫度；烏干達及非洲藝術家的繪畫、珠串、木雕等傳統與現代藝術作品，以及來自烏干達中小學生的公益畫作，不僅展現非洲大地生命力與創造力，更是中烏友誼與人文交流的生動見證。同時，NAZURI文化品牌以“南希眼中的美好”為主題，呈現中非文化交融下的創新產品，詮釋“已識乾坤大，猶憐草木青”的東方哲思與非洲情懷。
藝術是架起民心相通的橋梁。沿著這條路，人類大愛的凝聚力超越民族與膚色的界限，讓友誼成為連接兩國的紐帶。涂鴉的畫筆將大愛具象化，手牽手的友誼在藝術中升華，讓我們共同感悟人生旅途的真諦。

A Bridge of Art: Weaving a Shared Future for China and Uganda

In 2025, it marks the 63rd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Uganda, and also the 39th anniversary of Qingdao's sister - city relationship with Kampala, the capital of Uganda. In order to thoroughly implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on deepening China - Africa friendly cooperation and serve the new - stage deployment of the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative, the Qingdao?Sino- Africa?Business Councilwill grandly hold the "A Bridge of Art: Weaving a Shared Future for China and Uganda" - China · Qingdao Uganda Cultural?&Art Festival at the Qingdao Art Museum from October 15th to 19th, 2025.
This art festival is based on the concept of "diversity, interaction and resonance". It brings together the photography and oil painting works created by Chinese artists in Uganda, capturing the natural poetry and humanistic warmth of the equatorial country. The traditional and modern art works such as paintings,?bead-workand woodcarvings by Ugandan and African artists, as well as the public welfare paintings by primary and middle school students from Uganda, not only show the vitality and creativity of the African continent, but also are a vivid testimony to the friendship and cultural exchanges between China and Uganda. At the same time, the NAZURI cultural brand, with the theme of "Beauty in Nancy's Eyes", presents innovative products under the integration of Chinese and African cultures, interpreting the Oriental philosophy of "Having known the greatness of the universe, still pitying the greenness of plants" and African feelings.
Art is a bridge that builds connections between people's hearts. Along this path, the cohesion of human love transcends the boundaries of nationality and skin color, making friendship the bond connecting the two countries. The graffiti brushes visualize the great love, and the friendship of hand - in - hand is sublimated in art. Let us jointly understand the true meaning of the journey of life.
