Responsible?fthe?setting?up?maintenance?of?efficient?systematic?processes?to?facilitate?HR?administration?database?management?
Research?establish?the?company＇＇s?pay?structure,?develop?the?competitive?compensation?benefit?plan?
Develop?implement?HR?policies?procedures?fthe?company＇＇s?business?goals?to?ensure?fairness,?effectiveness?value-adding?services?
Support?development?training?of?senidirectors,?managers?employees?in?the?company?ensure?the?training?development?plan?is?compliance?with?the?company’s?development?plans?fall?levels?of?employees
